A LITTLE CLARITY BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Good plans start
with a conversation.

You do not need every answer before you get in touch. Here is how we’ll work from your first ideas toward a clear proposal.

FROM HELLO TO A PLAN

One step
at a time.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you’re imagining.

Your occasion, a date or season, and a rough guest count are enough to start. Mention whether you want to arrange your own field setup.

  2. 02

    Come and see the property.

We’ll arrange a visit, walk the field and gardens, and discuss the spaces and practical arrangements your celebration would need.

  3. 03

    Review the full picture.

Your written proposal will identify the site fee, hours, guest count, rentals, facilities, responsibilities, and separate costs. You’ll be able to see what you are agreeing to.

  4. 04

    Confirm your arrangements.

We’ll confirm availability and booking terms in writing. A website inquiry or calendar selection starts the conversation; it does not hold a date.

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

The celebration.
The setup.

Talk to us about the complete outdoor celebration you have in mind, or ask for a field-only quote and arrange the event services yourself.

For either approach, we’ll identify who supplies, contracts, and pays for each part before you commit. Tent and equipment arrangements for the first season are still being finalized.

  • The outdoor areas you can use
  • Guest count and event layout
  • Setup, celebration, and collection times

  • Restrooms, power, lighting, parking, and access
  • Weather plans, cleanup, and booking terms

Catering, drinks, flowers, photography, and entertainment are discussed separately.

THE QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Good to know.

The first season

When are you planning to open?

Outdoor weddings and gatherings are planned for spring and summer 2027. Indoor gathering spaces are planned for fall 2027. Ask about your preferred date so we can discuss the current plans directly.

How much will it cost?

We’ll discuss the site fee and event requirements with you. A field-only rental and a celebration with coordinated rentals have different scopes. The written proposal will separate venue charges from equipment and other services; first-season rates are being finalized.

How many guests can we bring?

Include your best guest estimate in the inquiry. Capacity will be set around the complete event layout, tent, parking, facilities, and access. We’ll confirm the supported number before a booking.

Making the day work

Can we arrange our own tent and suppliers?

Yes—ask about the field-only option. Tell us about your proposed suppliers and setup. Tent placement, installation, deliveries, facilities, and use of the property must be agreed with us before you order or book them for the site.

Are tables, chairs, restrooms, and power included?

They are not automatically included in a field-only rental. We’ll identify each requirement and who provides it in the proposal. Equipment and facility arrangements for the first season are still being worked out.

What happens if the weather changes?

We’ll discuss a specific weather plan before a booking, including how decisions and changes are handled. A tent is not a shelter for every kind of severe weather. The indoor spaces planned for fall are not available as a spring or summer backup.

What should we know about access and parking?

The property includes outdoor ground and garden paths. Please tell us about mobility needs or transport plans early. We’ll discuss parking, drop-off, walking routes, lighting, and the facilities for your particular layout on the visit.

Can we have a caterer, a bar, or live music?

Tell us what you would like to arrange. We’ll review your suppliers, music plans, and any alcohol service as part of the proposal, including staffing and agreed event hours.

Visits & inquiries

Can we visit before deciding?

Yes. Visits are by appointment. Send a request with your preferred times; we’ll arrange the visit personally and provide directions.

Do we need a fixed date to inquire?

No. A season or a few possible dates are useful, too. Leave the date blank and tell us about your flexibility in the message.

Does the calendar reserve a date?

No. Dates marked unavailable are not being offered. Other dates are open for an inquiry, with availability confirmed personally. No payment or reservation is taken through this website.

YOUR NEXT STEP
