NORTH MIDDLETON · CARLISLE, PENNSYLVANIA
A field, a garden, and your favorite people.
WELCOME TO OUR PLACE
The best part of a gathering is the people you bring.
Just outside Carlisle, our family property brings together open fields, garden paths, and an old white barn. We’re preparing for a first season of outdoor weddings and celebrations in 2027.
Come walk the farm with me. We’ll talk about your day and find out whether this feels like your place, too.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2027
We’re starting outdoors, with space to shape a celebration around the field and gardens.
Explore a date ↓Outdoor celebrations with a tent in the field are planned for our first season. We’ll discuss the tent, furniture, facilities, and rental responsibilities in your proposal. Prefer to arrange your own suppliers? Ask about field-only rental.
Indoor spaces for relaxing and spending time together are planned for the fall. We’ll share the rooms and opening details as they take shape.
GOOD TO KNOW
You don’t need to have the whole day figured out. A few ideas and a conversation are a good place to start.
Read the planning guide ↗Yes. Visits are by appointment. We’ll walk the grounds and talk about your date, guest list, and ideas. Directions are provided when we arrange a time.
First-season pricing and arrangements are being finalized. Your proposal will explain the venue fee, access hours, tent and equipment rentals, facilities, and any separate charges. For field-only rental, you arrange your own equipment and services. Catering, drinks, photography, flowers, and entertainment are discussed separately.
Share your estimated guest count. The first-season limit will be confirmed around the complete tent and site layout, including parking, facilities, and access.
Spring and summer celebrations are planned outdoors. We’ll discuss weather arrangements, parking, facilities, and the actual paths around the property before a booking. Tell us about mobility needs early. The planned fall indoor spaces are not a spring or summer weather backup.
No. It starts a conversation. Availability, arrangements, and booking terms will be confirmed separately in writing. The website does not take payments or reserve dates.
