Already have a tent company, a caterer, or a clear picture of the day?
Ask about a field-only rental. You arrange and pay for your own tent, furniture, catering, décor, and other event services. We agree the outdoor area, access times, guest count, and site arrangements before you book.
The field-only quote covers the agreed use of the space. Equipment, restrooms, power, waste removal, and supplier services are separate unless your written proposal specifically includes them.
